Welcome to our website which will give you a taste of all that is ‘Deano’s Graze and Grill’. Whether you are a new or regular customer, a warm welcome always awaits you at ‘Deano’s.
We opened in February 2011 and have been delighted with how our little restaurant has settled into the Harrogate dining scene. We are family run with husband & wife team, Dean (Chef) & Sarah Jane (Front of House) working together to look after the smooth running of the restaurant.
We are ideally located in the centre of Harrogate, close to the main shopping area, the conference centre and the theatre.
Our main offering are small homemade grazing dishes which are ideal for sharing or for having alone if you don’t do sharing. The main thing that people enjoy is sampling lots of different dishes in one sitting. We often find that people will order something they wouldn’t normally because it is served in our unique grazing style.
Our steaks & burgers are also very popular and we more than happy if some of the party want to graze and some want to opt for steak or burger mains. Served with our famous hand cut chips, you can’t go wrong!
We are open 7 nights a week and also for lazy lunches on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Sundays are particularly popular when we also offer brunch & roasts – great for when you’ve had a heavy Saturday night!
We believe in cooking food that people want to eat and serving it with a smile. Simple food, yet well cooked. Our food is very social and we find many couples, friends and families meeting together to share our food.
Having a Christmas Party for 7 or more people? Why not book & come to Deano’s?

The perfect place for your Christmas Night Out in Central Harrogate.
After months of anticipation, we attended Destination Harrogate’s ‘Hospitality & Tourism Awards 2014’. Dean had been nominated in the category of ‘Chef of the Year’ and was up against some stiff competition. We are absolutely delighted to announce that Dean won the highly coveted award! The decision was based votes from the public and Dean also had to cook for all the judges. We had a fantastic evening at the Royal Hall – thanks a million to those who organised the event and those who voted for Dean!
We would like to thank all of the customers that take the time to write reviews of our restaurant. It is precious to our success and very much appreciated.
